Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts - accommodation in Ferntree Gully

Have stayed here a few times now, great location & lovely staff, will definitely be back again.

Proximity to station, walking distance night time dining, and so close to venue for an event myself and four others had to attend.

Wonderful stay at The Great Southern Hotel yesterday- experience was, on the whole- excellent, with staff who were extremely polite and helpful. I appreciated being able to store my luggage until my departure later today- and the breakfast was superb. One slight issue was dust and debris in parts of the room and bathroom- but I tend to clean areas myself before their use- so it was not a major fault at all. I was also charged $20 for a prepaid full breakfast, when the price listed was $17. (Not sure if it was a service charge- or what the reason was.) In spite of these minor issues I Will most certainly stay again. Thank you for your service.
