Rooms are nothing like the pictures online. Tiny with low ceilings that you can touch. Balcony that has a view of chainlink fence, weeds and bushes. They do offer a good breakfast but I would never stay there again. Sad that was our last night of vacation.

This is not a new property and the bathroom counterspace is a lot smaller than what we expect from a modern hotel. The pool and very small jacuzzi are down 2 steep flights of stairs. The price seemed a little high for this hotel but probably within keeping for the town.

Room was very worn, peeling wall paper, broken door jam. Front door scarred and peeling paint. Somewhat musty because it is close to the beach. Everything was functional. Scenery gorgeous, balcony view of the Siuslaw River. Bed was comfortable. Wouldn't stay here again. Tried to move rooms, was offered another that wan't up to par either.

We have stayed several times at this motel and love everything except the tight parking, exiting the parking lot and noisy exterior walkways. It’s not enough to keep us away but I’m sure some people would have trouble in the parking lot with a big SUV or have a hard time exiting the steep parking lot on a rainy day.

Great stay
Great hotel on the river. We stayed in a large king room with balcony. Highly recommend . I did think it had an ocean view but that was my mistake having never been to Oregon before. Staff was friendly. Breakfast omelette were delicious . Located off a windy road and it sneaks up on you quick. Only bad I would say is doors are heavy and loud when you close so you can hear other guests coming and going

Arrived at 3:15 and was told room would not be clean until 4pm. $300 per night for no view, no elevators, dirty room. This should be listed as a Motel at $90 per night.

It was a great experience overall. I would not recommend this hotel for the handicap as there are alot of stairs. It was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was wonderfull. Staff were attentive. I will be comming back if I stay on the coast again.

The main lobby and dining area was well appointed and clean, breakfast was delicious they make omelets on request. Cons- no air conditioner and we arrived in the middle of record breaking heat wave, room was dirty and we had spiders and at least one roach in our room.

The room was not ready at check in at the guaranteed time. They did not change out the towel and the room was completely run down. Had no view of the city, view covered by trees.

If you plan on Going sandrailing this hotel is located about five minutes from the meet up place. It is also right next to the bridge that takes you across to the waterfront. Another five minute drive. The waterfront has several restaurants to choose from. We went on a Friday night and we were able to be seated right away, the view from the hotel of the river and the bridge and the waterfront was very nice. The breakfast the next morning was quite as surprise with two women making me to order omelettes and all the other usual fare but with little extras, like strawberries and fresh, blueberries and whipped cream for them, make your own waffles. The place is clean, staff, friendly, and very convenient. We highly recommend.
