It was a great location,claimed newly renovated??, but the carpet in my room was torn right on the edge of walkway, an easy fix? And after using the shower it smelled horrible, like mold and musty! Breakfast was a total disappointment , nothing hot, no variety!!

The first room was very dirty: things broken and not replaced (mirror on door only had the hanging screws), Grimy floors, pillows with stained pillow cases and dried blood spots on the pillows themselves. And a dead frog on the bathroom floor. The night manager switched our room to one with no obvious awfuls, but the floors were still very dirty, and mildew all around shower. Guess you get what you pay for.

We were please with our stay. It was clean and neat. The only thing that needed help with, was the carpet. It was stained or burnt with a slight odor. Nothing we couldn’t handle with a candle.

Front desk staff was professional and efficient. I left my phone behind at the front desk and the staff member personally brought it to my room. The room was clean and comfortable. Our stay was very good. We will return in the future.

Did not waste your time or money cause they don’t.
I was refused service because ,even though I was traveling the interstate and I am an essential worker, I lived in the 60 mile range. If this is a deal breaker why have exceptions to begin with. I gave my Buisness to another hotel that was more than willing to rent me a room. I will never use this hotel chain ever again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and professional. Breakfast was nice for what was there (continental). Very convenient to I-95 but it's a commercial area not conducive to walking. Does not feel completely safe outside although it is well lit.
