We liked everything about our stay. We were well taken care of and were treated like family. We want to recognize all of the staff that took excellent care of us. See the pictures of how dirty the place is. Those socks were after a short time in the room (my shoes were left at the door, and socks were white when I got there). I left early because of the hurricane. They were charging victims fleeing the flooding and loss of power with almost double the rates they were charging the week before!

Many things broken or rusted. Needed towels or toilet paper etc. had to go to front office. The manager or possibly desk clerk was only available thru like a speaker. He could see us, we couldn’t see him. Check in was thru a computer. Could see him only thru computer and there was plexiglass cover the complete desk area. Staff came in to dump trash cans only. Drink machines were broken and stairwells were dark. A bit unnerving there. Hope they get it worked out!

This price gouging property refused to cancel my reservation and refund my fees 😤 even they were notified that that my flight was canceled. This business is dishonest, uncooperative and just plain Un-american! Transients are allowed to move furniture from their room and sit outside drinking and gawking at passing guest@ avoid this property.
