Listed online as a hotel, showed up, it was a motel. Rooms were accessible only from the outside. Motel was in a parking lot I did not feel comfortable leaving my car in. Decided I did not feel safe checking in alone and tried to cancel my reservation. The person at the desk said they didn’t have access to online reservations and to call Expedia. I had to find somewhere else to stay last minute and late at night. Attempted to get a refund and the “hotel” said there was nothing they can do. Total waste of money. Would not have booked here in the first place if I knew it was a motel because I was traveling alone.

I really enjoyed that I was close to food and good shopping options. I was close to a mall, Walmart and Target. Being close to a major freeway was also a plus. The staff was friendly but you have to request to get your room serviced. I would recommend.
