We really enjoyed being in the area. Quiet. Saltwater pool was nice. Unobstructed view of the beach from the room and pool side. Nice shelter area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient.

Pool was dirty. No elevator. Only one ice machine - ran out of ice every day. At least four couples impacted on check-in. Put in wrong rooms, people already in rooms. Check-in was very stressful. Our key would not work, people already in the room. Their key worked, but people were sleeping there.

Well , when I booked the room on Expedia I assumed the hotel had an elevator. It does not. My husband has mobility issues and I had a total hip replacement 6 weeks ago. The young receptionist did carry our luggage and small cooler upstairs to the second floor. Staff was very friendly and courteous. I was just not aware there was not an elevator.

They only allow 1 vehicle per room so not convenient if you have 2 vehicles or want to rent a golf cart. Steps are small so could be an issue for some. No elevator so if you cannot handle steps stay away. The property has been updated but it is still an older hotel. Staff was not very enthusiastic about anything. The lady that runs the store during day shift sits out front and smokes all day

Our room was on ground level with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful when an unexpected incident occurred. It was great to be able to walk out the door onto the patio area - no stairs to contend with.

The stay itself was great. I do feel like the room could be cleaned better. The floor was quite dirty that my feet were constantly black. The sand from the beach was always on the floor. The room had a broom however it was very small and there was still always sand even after I swept. This caused lots of sand getting into the beds. I think the cleaning crew should at least swiffer the floors daily. Towels were always replaced daily which was nice.

Not that satisfying!
There was NO elevator and we stayed on the fourth floor! Twice when we got to our room the key didn’t work. I wouldn’t have mind the stairs so much if I didn’t have my toddler and my mom with me! We asked for different room on the lower floors but they didn’t have one available. The room looked like it was not swept before our arrival, I had to sweep luckily there was broom in the room. The location was decent a short drive to food and stores. I won’t stay here again.
