This was an excellent place! Tge room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Close to attractions and on the trolley line. We would definitely stay here again.

CONS: Pulling into the property was tight especially with a full-sized pickup truck, parking was tight and the best way to park was to back in the stall, therefore all you really needed to do when you were ready to leave was pull right out. The motel/hotel is on a main drag and if you were going into Gatlinburg, towards the right, perfect, however if you were going towards Pigeon Forge on the left hard side, you could not always get out across the oncoming traffic. The hotel could have used an update on the outside of the building as it looked quite dated. PROS: Where do I start, the rooms were phenomenal. They looked like something that you would see in a magazine, there was two queen beds, a good-sized bathroom, with plenty of hot water for three adults at any given time. There was a college-sized refrigerator in the room along with a microwave. We were given plenty of towels to use and if we needed more, there was no hassles or problems asking for more. There was small patio overlooking a small stream where we saw, ducks, a crane and in the yards across the stream, a bear was sighted occasionally. The hot breakfast was quite good or better than what I was thinking we would get. Every morning, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cold cereal and milk, fresh fruit, coffee, tea and juice. I believe that you could make your own waffles also. You could walk into the city of Gatlinburg or even take a trolly which was free for all riders.

It was great! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! We were close to everything. It was a little noisy because of the main road but we didn’t mind. We wanted to be close to everything. Pictures are of the balcony and from the room.

Extremely noisy area. Building is right by the road and cars are constantly revving engines and doing burnouts extremely late at night. Hard to sleep. We get up to leave town on our departure date and the complimentary breakfast was not ready well past the posted time. All in all, the rooms were decent and clean and probably wjat can be expected for the price these days of around $100. We dont stay in the room much, so the amenities dont mean alot to us as long as its clean. But the noise is a deal breaker.

The rooms were very clean. It has a nice balcony which was nice to sit on looking at the stream. There was a bear that came up on us as we were sitting at a table by the stream. So beware!! The only complaint was the pool. It was not very clean and the for put did not work.

Property is located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Easily walk to everything in Gatlinburg. Short drive to Pigeon Forge. The bathroom area is smal. If the balcony door is open you cannot open the bathroom door as they swing into each other.

Check In was a long process took awhile for someone to come back to the front desk to even help. And I was sent text message to save time and do all of this registration online which I completed and when I was there I was told that didn’t matter me doing it she still had to do it all again. Just seemed to be a waste of my time. Also breakfast was very disappointing the food was not getting refilled everything was empty and there were still a lot more people coming in to get food that wasn’t there not sure what happened there just a disappointing visit. Only really plus was my room faced the water do got to listen to that while sitting outside my room.

Decent for our family visit
The location of this hotel is the best part! We had a patio over the river which was delightful. Breakfast that was provided was not good. We tried it once and not again. The pool was decent but we only used it once. We had asked for extra soap and didn't get it so we had to ask again. It is nice that you can leave your car parked at this hotel and walk into town to visit the shops without paying another $20 to park.

The view from the balcony is great. The selection for breakfast is good. The only thing that bothered us was on check-out day the housekeeper knocked at 10am and we said we are not ready yet as the check out is not until 11am. She waited in the hallway until we left.

Basic amenities and service for a basic price.
This was our first stay in Gatlinberg but not our last. The price for this acccomodation was reasonable. Our daily rate included daily room cleans, a 24/7 ppol with no lifeguard but was stocked with towels, a 24/7 firepit that was switch operated with natural gas, and comfy beds. The breakfast consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage, make your own waffles, bread for toast, apples, muffins, 2% milk, apple/orange juice, and a coffee station and of course, sausage and buiscuits. My only constructive criticism is that the front desk staff could have been nicer; they seem very uninterestd to help and didnt seem enthusiastic when I asked for suggestions for food they motioned me over to a wall of phamphlets. Also, for anyone who needs to do more than check email, their 24/7 business center was just a wall mounted tablet with a printer. I unfortunately needed a mouse and keyboard to check on a few things however i was told that this was all their husiness center was.

For what we paid, it would have been a great stay. Room was small but clean. Front office was friendly and helpful. Only complaint, someone used our credit card we gave them. Fortunately we were alerted and able to cancel it.
