The hotel is very clean and well kept. Easy parking then close proximity to any of the Gatlinburg attractions. The hotel had nice lounge and bar areas if you choose not to partake in the downtown Gatlinburg scene.

I brought to the attention the lady we checked out with that I found some cleanliness issues with our room. She seemed zero percent concerned about this and was not at all friendly. This visit had minimal friendly staff during our stay. The only people that seemed to be appreciative or kind were the valet.

Amazing facility and staff!
This was our first experience with the Margaritaville chain and it will not be our last. The facilities had a tropical island vib, which I love. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of all our tourist questions. Our room was clean with a two person 3 head shower and an electric fireplace for ambience. Could not have had a better experience. 10++++
