Old motel with appliances that did not function that well. Extremely high water pressure and dripping tap. High pressure hot water potentially dangerous. Generous free breakfast!

Very short walk to hospitals, very quiet motel, staff are friendly and free breakfast is a bonus as you dont have to leave the motel early to find somewhere.

Proximity to where we needed to go was great. Price was very good value for money. Balcony and outside was a little grotty..needed a sweep and a wipe down, but nothing major. Very happy overall. Would stay again.

Friendly staff at check in and the cleaner went above and beyond asking what was needed as I went out for the day. Old facilities, but clean, comfortable, safe and good value. A 50 minute walk to the MCG, or the walk can be shortened using the tram or bus part of the way.

The property had everything we needed, was quiet and clean. Providing breakfast was an added bonus, as we didn't have to think about finding some. It was very convenient to Royal Melbourne Hospital, which was very important to us. The staff were very obliging, and pleasant.

Was in a great location. Staff very nice. Room was very musty smell, no flywire on windows so you could open them and people smoking outside the rooms which meant the smell of smoke would come in though the bathroom window and go in your room.

Lovely friendly staff, we had an appointment at the royal childrens in the morning, we were able to leave our car there after check out for a couple of hours, very appreciative for that, room was clean, and the place was quiet, comfy bed
