Very friendly staff, for the money it was clean and safe. The water temp and pressure wasn’t the best, but we made due and it wasn’t the end of the world. The only thing I didn’t like was, not being able to control the room temperature. The unit was up on the wall and had another contrôler on the wall, but nothing worked. Luckily we stayed pretty comfortable at night and were gone during the day. Would definitely stay here again.

Always a wonderful stay when in town, they never disappoint. Great staff, service and clean accommodations. Also, it's perfect walking distance from everything you want to do downtown.

The property was cleaned and the staff was excellent. You were not able to watch tv and that was a little frustrating because you had to guess what the temperature would be that day.

Everything about this property was a positive EXCEPT the cleanliness of my room. It was the bathroom…dirt and dust around the edges of the tub, mold in the corners, the tub wouldn’t even drain!!!! The actual spout for the tub wasn’t even attached to the wall. The shower curtain was moldy…we ended up booking a room somewhere else…

Room was clean. Check in was easy even though it was late. The garbage truck at two in the morning emptying the dumpster was very disruptive, but that wasn’t the fault of the hotel. Overall, a basic clean room at a good price

Great stay for the price! Service was excellent. Room was very clean, our only “complaint” would be the bathroom was tiny in our room but was not a big deal to us. Great tv options and conveniently located.

It is very old, however they kept the bedding and linens very clean. We did see dead bugs in the room. But it's wooded around there. A bear came to visit in the parking lot in the morning which was nice.

We had issues with our TV. We talked with the office and when we got back from Gatlinburg we had a new TV in our room.

The first thing I want to say is that the staff was amazing. They were very helpful, sweet, kind and friendly. The biggest complaints were that our bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, there was hair in the shower and on the walls. There wasn't a coffee pot in the room or tea, you have to pay for ice (I've never been to a hotel that there wasn't a free ice machine) we didn't have any hand soap or a bar of soap to wash our hands after using the bathroom, no laundry bags. The air conditioner was messed up making our room and everything in it really damp. The railing on the top of the balcony was kind of loose and wobbly making it feel a little unsafe. The internet went down and was down for half a day which meant you couldn't use the tv either and this was during a time that we had planned on staying in for most of the day at the hotel. The room also needed a couple of lamps, it was pretty dark in there. The shade for the window was amazing. It was one of my favorite window coverings I have seen at a hotel bc it felt private since you didn't have to worry about the curtains parting and someone being able to see in. The check in process was super easy and the gentleman who helped us helped recommend some things to do and places to eat. The staff was always there if we were to need something. The refrigerator and microwave were great and worked very well. If those few things changed that were complaints, I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again.
