Wonderful staff. Beautiful views. Parking was completely full when I arrived back and I had to walk a long distance alone at night. It would have been nice to park closer for safety. It is not in walking distance to anything. There is a free trolley that is nice but limited on time of stops.

This property was amazing! It overlooks the mountains and the city depending on which view you prefer when booking. When walking in, it’s breath taking! The lobby is amazingly beautiful, it smells clean as soon as you walk in, there’s two amazing restaurants to dine in, the elevators are glass made! You are literally able to see the lobby and the room floors as you proceed up! I stayed on the 12th floor and couldn’t ask for a better room or hotel to stay in for my vacation! Will definitely recommend to others and even come back to stay here again!

We liked the view of the 15th floor 😎 the option of eating there and not fighting the crowds. More options on the menu might be nice; what we had was excellent! Everyone we had contact with was more than happy to help. Only when we checked in he was not very friendly. He seemed preoccupied with with looking at something else and I was a bother to him. I asked a question and he tore off a paper and told me to scan the code it would give me the trolley times without looking up at me. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Park Vista! Thank you! The pool area with the slide could be really cool. It needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. It was a very dirty. The hotel has cheap towels, especially those down by the pool. When it was renovated five years ago, they did it cheaply and looks like they did not complete everything. They put the name Hilton on it, but it is very deceiving. However, the hotel does have a great view. The pizza is awesome. I don’t believe I would stay here again.

Had a great time with friends. Saw a few updates. Wish the beds were firmer and firmer pillows. Trolley was busy in the evenings but it is a free lift to town. Overall had a great time and the staff is excellent!

The hotel was very nice, the only complaints are the inside balcony walls were a little dirty from what looked like alot of dust from a fan. The tub in our room could've been cleaner ( it had hair in the tub and on the walls of the tub/shower and also had a little mold in the cracks. I also found q-tips in the corner of the vanity floor ( that did not belong to us) other than that the experience was excellent. I will recommend to family and friends, i will also return.

Excellent service with needs attended to quickly but surprised only 1 roll of toilet paper in room. A/C did not cool well so staff advised to leave cooling grate open which he did so comfortable. Surprised to find daily room service which is unheard of for multi-day stay in many hotels so kudos to The Park Vista. Issue with in-room refrigerator freezing all of our food for picnic was compensated graciously by hotel management.

Hotel is clean and check in is easy. Ver few amenities. Parking cost an extra $15 and no complimentary breakfast as many offer. Long distance from town and attractions. Free trolley but we spent 45 min one way on it. We will probably choose a more accessible hotel next time.

Great Stay, Could Use A Couple Updates
We have stayed here several times and enjoy it every time, but I would suggest that the pool be upgraded. It is a great concept, but it was dirty. I think it needs drained and repainted and the filters replaced, because it did not seem like the filters were working properly. Other than that the beds were very comfortable, our room was great, and the service was excellent. One other thing I would suggest would be to get more luggage carts because there was not enough available for everyone to use.

It’s a great spot. I’m not a big Gatlinburg person, but I really like where this was and you can take the trolley down. It was great.

Very nice property in the area. It was quiet and the staff was friendly. Shuttle to town comes directly to the hotel. Nice views of the area.
