Excellent overall. Perfect room for price. Great location. Staff excellent. Only issue was shower had really poor water pressure and every 30 seconds or so the water would get really hot for a couple seconds. Otherwise stay was as good as it gets.

Staff were exceptional, pleasant, helpful and went over and above to assist with a number of issues I had during our short stay. Breakfast good, plenty of choice. Quirky design. Food available in restaurant as well.

Staff were friendly, was a really easy place to find. The room was clean and inviting. Only thing i noticed was we had a cup of tea when we got there but theres was barely enough for us to both have a cup. Only 2 milk only 2 sugars, a bit petty but did annoying. So that was the only thing i found a bit disappointing about the property but everything else was great.

The staff were all lovely. The only reason I didn't give 5 Stars throughout was the food supply at breakfast. the food itself was nice but when something hot ran out there was a 15 minute wait for it to be replenished. A little more planning in the kitchen is required.

Beautiful hotel just steps a day from the Glasgow Central rail station. Perfect for a short-term stay, and very walkable to food and nightlife locations. Also very convenient to local transportation, both local bus and train. Rooms were also clean and well kept, as was the lobby and dining area down stairs.
