Room space and lighting was horrendous. The carpets had multiple large stains on them. Can hear noise from other rooms above and beside you easily. Room only had two plug sockets which were at one side of the bed which was not convenient.

The property was undergoing some maintenance so the wifi wasnt working. There's no kettle for tea in the rooms and i think this should be made clear to customers at the outset. I was rather surprised not to have this, but the staff gave me vouchers for a hot drink at the resteraunt. Staff are really friendly and the rooms really nice. Will definitely book again.

Wi-Fi was down in the hotel, was given zero compensation and the tvs in the room didn’t work. Was told by staff they are unable to do anything about this and was given an email to send to instead. Vega upstairs was a shambles booked bowling for 2 games to be told we could only play 1.

Good afternoon, I stayed in Yotel Glasgow from 28th September - 29th September, under the name Hope Corbett. We were advised at check in the wifi/TV’s were being problematic but were assured they were working on a fix, this was at around 15:00. When we returned from our evening at around 11:30 neither the TV or wifi was working, see below attached photo of TV. This issue was still not resolved when checking out. This was very disappointing, we have stayed at many Yotels including Edinburgh and Amsterdam several times and have never had this issue, however as mentioned this was very disappointing. Please note as well the main light in the bedroom was also not working.

Tv did not work. Reception staff were unhelpful. No customer service skills whatsoever. By contrast the hotel across the street had attentive friendly staff and I didn’t even stay at that hotel! Just visited it for a mtg. Could hear noises from street and also as people walked along corridor.
