We had a great stay at the property. Our room was clean, breakfast was good, and property is walking distance to the Hot Springs and town. The elevators could use a little upkeep and the shower base was really slippery.

Wall were thin and neighbor had a barking dog… was renovated with nice finishes, nice bonus to have breakfast included… location was very convenient being so close to the hot springs pool and caverns adventure park.

This property is dirty, run down and in need of many repairs. Vent cover literally came crashing to the floor while I was in the shower. You can hear every entrance and exit in surrounding rooms.

Stayed here while my mom was in the hospital. Great stay with comfortable beds, great location, good breakfast with great coffee. It worked well for us.

The property is in need of a renovation. It is out dated and not clean. The carpets are dirty and the floors in the breakfast area were sticky from food and drinks. The elevator was in poor condition and also dirty. The only plus is the location close to downtown and the pool.

This is an oldet hotel that has been nicely renovated. Most importantly it is very clean. The breakfast was typical but very good. The location is great - very walkable. Only downside is there are not enough parking spaces.

The facility is clean however there is a faint odd smell of smoke (?) in the room (it was supposed to be a smoke-free room). Location is great close to restaurants, the Glenwood Cavern Adventure Park and Glenwood Hot Springs. They also serve a decent breakfast with hot food like scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle station etc. Staff service is great.
