I liked the detailed professional help I got when I called close to midnight from the airport to find out how to get to the hotel. I learned about the shuttle I booked but didn’t find immediately at the airport. I also liked very much that my niece got surprised with a birthday cake, a card and a sparkling wine for the two of us on her birthday.
