I thought the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was clean & the biscuits & gravy was my favorite. Although the banana waffle was next. We were given a handicap room which was very nice & clean. The only thing I would recommend would they put a soap tray in the shower. I asked twice for a recipe because we only got to stay one of the two nights booked because we got sick & had to leave. Didn't know why she didn't give me one but I forgot that I had asked & just left.

The check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Appreciated the welcoming smile. The breakfast was good and the breakfast area was sparkling clean. The mattress in room 106 needs to be replaced. The room was clean, the metal trim around the bathroom door had rust spots.

There was nothing to like place is dirty, pool really dirty water for shower comes out slimy. Really bad smell thru out inn.really thinking about not using expedia ever again. Had to go to holiday inn express. Got really ripped off!!! Not happy at all!!!!!!¡!

Great place for a trip
Staff vas very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options. Eggs, bacon, waffles, biscuits and gravy etc. The lobby was very nice and the hotel seemed to be getting updated. It had a gym and a pool. The room we stayed in was very big and the beds were decent.

It was horrible! Food in our ice bucket Toilet didnt flush Customer service was garbage Loud group of kids smoking weed outside the back door Someone came in at 3 am stomped around their room for 45 minutes before i called front desk to complain He/she at the front desk was zero help and LIED saying they got back 5 minutes ago and that was not true i called him 5 minutes prior to that to complain about the noise it didnt stop so i went to front desk it was unhelpful LIED to me telling me there was no management info avail there was no manager refused to give me owner or management info I wil never support your hotel again!!!! Dirty disgusting and awful customer service!!!! I want a full refund as this ruined our vacation causing my family to pack up and leave your hotel at 4 am with very little sleep.

Very poorly kept up hotel with very bad insulation between the walls. Pet friendly which meant a Chihuahua barking in the room next to me all night that could be heard clearly through the large gaps under the adjoining door. Shower head was mounted at about 4' in height.

The place was adequate though the hotel needs some tender loving care, meaning painting, cleaning and repairing. The room was in need of painting and caulking. New carpeting would be good as you can see all the seams. Also our bedspread was stained and the drapes were dirty. The bedsheets were clean
