This was a great stay! The surrounding area is nice and the room clean. We enjoyed our time here and would return. Note that self parking is currently $5 per night. I didn’t see this listed on Expedia.

First room we were given was fairly nice 811 except the carpet was soggy wet. We went to office to request a different room Front desk was not overly friendly or apologetic. Second room 911 not so clean, looked out at junk and left over material. Windows/ track were dirty , needed painting used toilet paper in toilet.

Furniture was extremely worn out / ragged. The couch had a hole in the arm rest. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and also in need of replacing. Shoddy maintenance work in restroom (patchwork). The carpet had staining. This property has gone downhill.

We had a dog and they have a 75.00 charge . Seems like a lot of money if you’re only staying for one day. Expedia didn’t show that on the costs.

The room was old . The coffee pot was dirty. What they call a couch was awful . Uncomfortable and torn up by someone’s pet . Will never go there again !

Went down for the free breakfast 15 min early, desk clerk stated it’s at 7am. We sat and waited not knowing where it would be served, seeing tons of tables and chairs empty, 10 min past 7 we got up and the room is still empty but found a completely hidden room with the food there that the desk clerk had opened and never told us after she went back to the counter area and kept quiet. Not a heads up like “hey it’s ready now there in the back and to the right hidden “for plain view. The room we stayed in was like a disgusting motel room . So bad we checked out early and lost money for a day cause no refund and went home…

A very nice place to stay, details need confirmed.
We have stayed here before, so we are familiar with the property. It is a nice quiet place to stay. My only remarks would be that the floors were sticky. I got wet paper towels and went over the bathroom area and the kitchen areas which helped. The counters were dusty, so I wiped those down too. We are not picky people, but this was something different. The girl at the front desk had a young man there with her when we checked in and she was very nice. She upgraded our booking to a 2 bedroom, I had requested a view, which I never realized that there really is not much of a view, but she tried. The upgrade was to be a free upgrade, but I see my credit card was charged for a greater amount, so I will have to talk to them tomorrow to get that settled. I am not happy with this, since I booked through Hotels.com and I understood the price was confirmed. Otherwise, it was a nice quiet stay which was what we were hoping for. It is a nice place and we enjoy staying there.

We have a room with a sofa bed. No sheets or pillow provided in room. Tried calling the front desk several times but no answer. After heading up to the front desk we did receive sheets but were bluntly told no pillows available. Sad.

When arriving, they said, I did not have a reservation. They moved me to a different hotel for one night, for the last night they moved me to a different hotel. I had a reservation and confirmation number through Expedia. The experience was horrible. I couldn’t settle in and I had a pet with me.

This is perfect for my family, lots for kids to do, big rooms enough to have some space, the kitchen is just a bonus. The buildings are NOT new, but well kept and clean.
