Broken furniture, we called and went and spoke with the manager about getting it replaced and never happened. No maid service was done to our room. On the 2nd day of our stay we had no water and had to leave the property and find new accommodations. Hotel staff was no help. Do NOT recommend anyone staying at this establishment.

Awful—the front desk lady who checked me in at night was rude. No “welcome” or “hello” just straight “are you checking in? I need your ID & CC”. She didn’t tell me, I’ll be charged $5.11 for parking the when I check out. Our room was disgusting, left over food from the previous guest. Sofas were torn, curtains had blood stains, carpet was stained, bathroom doors were broken, and the pillows were too firm. Breakfast was too cold, not warm or appetizing. My kids and I will never stay here again.

A large property across the road from the country club’s pond. Very nice staff. My studio was so big my house got jealous. Very quiet and peaceful.

We keep coming back here and it’s always a great experience. Right off the freeway, minutes to the mall and restaurants, and always friendly staff and cozy rooms, especially the rooms with fireplaces!

Our suite was clean and comfortable, but worn-out and run down. Couch was ripped in several places, carpet and chairs were stained, fireplace screen was broken, kitchen sink and dishwasher were unusable. Two of the three remote controls did not work (not batteries, we tried that). AC unit outside bedroom window was running 24-7, it was like a diesel engine inches from our heads, making sleep difficult. Did not shut off for the entire 3 days we were there. All of this was reported within an hour of check in, and nothing was even looked at until we were packing up our car to leave. Turns out the AC unit was frozen over, and needed to be shut off and restarted *We were given a discount on the room due to the noise. Was charged for parking, even though this was not mentioned at check-in, in the hotels.com listing or on the Sonesta website. Breakfast was good, nice selection of foods to choose from. We also enjoyed the trail behind the hotel, great early morning walk/easy hike.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a family trip to the grand canyon/sedona. The room was a 2 bedroom suite with 2 separate bedrooms, and a common living area with kitchen in between, similar to an apartment. There was a good amount of space, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms more updated. The carpet was quite stained and old throughout. Numerous areas of the property could use some updating/fresh coats of paint/drywall repair. Couch was frayed/tattered. Looked like they were installing new fridges and dishwashers. Fine for what we needed, but not as nice as it could be. Breakfast adequate, but not amazing.

Sonesta Suites is my favorite place to stay in Flagstaff! They have a full kitchen which makes the stay more like being at home than in a hotel. They have a basketball court and a great outside area for playing yard games.

The free breakfast was a plus. Otherwise, the furniture in the room was worn although the bed was comfortable. The place could use some renovations. We were charged $5 to self park which seemed odd. Overall, the place was okay but i wouldn't stay here if traveling alone- it just felt sketchy.

Overall ok but amenities were disappointing. We selected this hotel for our Arizona vacation because it had a pool but the pool was dirty and not heated; hot tub was closed for maintenance for our entire stay. All three tv remotes did not work, and the staff could not help fix it. Even the phone to call the front desk did not work so we had to walk up for anything we needed. The room itself was ok but furnishings were aging - torn furniture, dishwasher barely worked, faucets leaked. Redeeming qualities: Shower water was hot, a/c worked, and room rate was good.

Clean but the pillows were very uncomfortable
Very clean rooms however the pillows are horrible. Big huge pillows that prop you up. We all had to sleep without a pillow. Not very comfortable! And we had no shampoo or ice in the freezer. Had to walk to the office for ice. Besides that the rooms are nice, clean and spacious.
