The king size suite was nice. Great view of the mountain. There is a winery 2 minutes down the road. Less than 30 min drive to most of the hiking spot/waterfalls.

2 bedroom condo was a great size for our family. Wish it was 2 bathroom but that's ok. Pool and hot tub were really nice. Great location if you're up and down the North Shore.

Nice place with fun features
Comfortable, easy place to stay. Designed as a winter haven for skiers, the summer use is pretty good. Can ride a gondola at extra charge uo the mountain. Pleasant, good value.

There wasn't any place to get food at 8:30 on a Friday evening after returning to the property from playing golf. There was a lack of amenities available that you would consider standard for a nice resort property.

We had a good stay overall and the location was convenient but our rooms had multiple maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Property needs to go through the rooms and correct these items to make guests’ experiences even better.

Our stay was OK. The beds are absolutely horrible. The smell coming from poo containers was very bad, and inappropriate to expect someone to stay at a unit right next to it is a terrible thing if your expectations are to relax on your deck. The other issue was kid’s stomping on the floor above us, that was a real problem! The entrance into the unit we had was in the back of the building. We had to go down the gravel trail to unload our luggage for the week and that was a real challenge because there is loose gravel up and down the hill, CAREFUL! Will we ever stay there again??? The cost was good and affordable in the situation we were in, we made the best of it, We we’re expecting a better stay.

Your staff was less than welcoming to be kind. Simple things like some coffee to go with the coffee maker in the room wouldbe nice, better signage so people arent searching for the check in buidling would be welcome too. If I was a kid going skiing, I guess it would have been what I expected, but a summer stay, at $260 a night, might require good custimer service, smiling faces and a better attitude overall.

Scheduled pet friendly on website for a 2 queen size room with jacuzzi and mountain view. Website said any issues a manager wull contact you .Got there room doesn't take pets..got moved to room 1 queen and 1 sofa sleeper. No mountain view and no jacuzzi...no discount or refund.. Room so hot with air on. They were nice and gave us a stand up fan to use..beds uncomfortable..went to flip mattress and a mess the maintenance man fixed.. the vacation turned out alright.
