Fine time in Traverse City
Fine location and we very much enjoyed being able to walk on the beach. The staff was extremely helpful. The property was a bit dated and the price was a bit high.

Absolutely beautiful views and room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, they moved some rooms around so I was able to check in on arrival, which was 1pm! Only downside is the noise of the traffic on the highway which began extremely early, way before dawn!

Although it’s an older hotel, it is well keep and very clean. Love the breakfast delivered to your room each day and the warm cookies in the evening. Great beach views and lounge chairs for beach goers.

This hotel is updated nicely but very loud when you have a room that enters from the outside. We also had coffee splatters on the walls and several bugs in the corner ceiling of our room. We did open the slider but closed the screen door at all times. The staff here was extremely friendly the fresh cookies in the evening were amazing. The breakfast included is delivered to your room. If you choose the sandwich option it is a frozen sandwich that you make in the microwave. Not a bad thing just thought a good to know

We love love LOVED staying here! Felt like we were at a resort, only reason for the shortage of 5 stars is cuz the door handle to our room broke off and we were locked in our room. For paying over $400 I assumed I’d get some money back and did not. The room we were moved into was FULL of gnats and spiders. We had to ask the lady at the front desk to kill them, thankfully she did.

We stayed after a tiring day of biking. Check in was simple, room was fresh and clean, no noises to keep us from sleeping well. Breakfast was not what we expected, simple items in a box delivered to our room. Very nice beach area.
