Great stay, convenient location right off interstate, friendly staff. Dining options ok, we enjoyed pizza and salad at Pizza 9 one mile down the road. Gas, dollar tree and Walmart close by. Overall, it met our needs 👍👍

Rooms were tiny, like a hotel room in NYC. For almost 200$ a night, I was not pleased. Plus I had no water pressure in the shower and no WiFi. The router signal didn’t reach my room. The front desk said it “must be the wind”. It was clean but not worth it. I would go across the street to the other hotel.

Try someplace else.
Ants in the room. Stained bedding, no hot water, people were confused and not helpful, laughed about the ants, and the door had to be pulled to shut. Just pretty poor.

Previously stayed at the Best Western in Grants (late1990’s) this second stay was not at that same location. That location was exceptionally clean. This building the carpeted halls look worn and the room had a very slight off smell. The swimming pool kind of contributed to a musty downstairs odor. The room was very clean aside from those issues.

The clerk that welcomed me upon my evening arrival was fantastic. Unfortunately, he was the only positive staff member. We came down to breakfast at 8:50 a.m., to find the entire staff filling up plates to go eat. Fine. There was nothing left. I asked if more food could be bought out. The front desk said they would let the kitchen attendant know. She comes out and tells me, no. Breakfast is over. Sorry. It was now 9:10. The hotel also has a pungent odor. We typically stay at Holiday Inn. They were booked and we were open to try a competitor. It wasnt the best experience.

Wi-Fi was so bad shouldn’t even advertise they have it. Couldn’t evev read one email before getting booted off. Had to use my phone as hotspot. Will probably ost me for extra data usage. Beds are not very comfortable, and all sinks drained exceptionally slow.
