Summary:
Enjoy all the comforts of home - and then some - at this storied Pine Terrace retreat, which has played host to Vince Lombardi, Ted Kennedy, Jackie Kennedy, and other notables. The 5,600-square-foot, six-bedroom home sits on a beautiful one-acre lot, giving it a sense of peace and privacy despite being in the heart of the city.

The Space:
Walking into the first floor you will find an open concept kitchen and living area with both a pool table and poker table. The first floor also features a separate entrance, where you’re greeted by an open-concept kitchen and spacious living area with both a poker and pool table. The second living space contains an 85-inch TV and plenty of seating. This floor features the primary bedroom with ensuite bath off the living room, which feels like its own private wing. The other side of the home offers three more bedrooms, with an additional full bath.

Head upstairs via the spiral staircase to the fun game room (with unlimited, free arcade games), as well as two more bedrooms (one ensuite) and a full bath.

There’s more fun to be had in the 1,000-square-foot, heated or cooled (depending on the season) entertainment garage. Hang out and enjoy the four big-screen TVs, a projector screen, air hockey, pop-a-shot, ping pong table and more.

Enjoy the outdoor acreage any time of year, thanks to the innovative “snow globe” dome, where you can lounge comfortably no matter what the weather is like. It’s heated in the winter and covered with mesh in the summer, keeping out the bugs. The back patio holds the large hot-tub and there is plenty of outdoor seating under a covered gazebo. There’s also a firepit, charcoal grill, outdoor dining space, and lawn games available.

Private residence with an abundance of “Boy Toys”. Short Uber ride to Lambeau and other area attractions. Tom was an excellent host and was very responsive and flexible to our needs. Look forward to another Packer game week in 2025!

Great spot for big groups
We had a group of 9 guys, so we needed a large place to accommodate us. This house was perfect for us. Plenty of comfortable beds, bathrooms and space. The yard is also really big. Great for bocce ball and bags. If you have a large group for a Packers football weeke d, then don't hesitate to rent this.

The perfect house for gathering!
Tom was a fantastic host, very welcoming and easy to access if we needed him. But we didn't, everything was perfect! Our group gets together once a year so we have a lot to catch up on. There are many places in this spacious home that allowed us all to chat comfortably. The house is in a quiet neighborhood near most everything - shopping, restaurants, parks, and more.

Beautiful home not lacking in things to do!
The house is so spacious and the kitchen inventory of pots, pans, dishes and glasses is generous! Then there is the party garage filled with game tables and game machines. Not to mention the free arcade in the house attic. We were there for a family weekend and it kept all 15 of us busy with something for everyone to do with our ages 8 yrs to adults.

8 of us stayed for a bachelor party. The house was very clean and had a lot of fun things to do already at the house. There was a ton of spaces for the full group to meet in and hang out. Commute to Lambeau field was simple. The garage being set up as a game room was truly fun. Noteworthy for future groups, 1 bathroom is a master bedroom connected to the suit. The upstairs bathroom must be passed through in order to get to one of the upstais bedrooms. Keep this in mind when picking bedrooms for a group.

The property has everything you need for a great weekend of football viewing and hanging out with friends. Everything was very comfortable and in very nice shape. Plenty of space to spread out, but many different settings to hang out with a large group! Definitely will be staying again!

We loved our weekend here. Very roomy and up to date! Great amenities including a hot tub, fire pit, arcade games, a pool table, game table and big screens to watch football and movies! The kitchen was large and a big table sat our entire party easily!

This house was ridiculous. I will ONLY be staying here if I have enough guests next time I go to Green Bay. It’s an arcade, pool hall, poker room, your personal home, etc etc all in one. Super unique experience and the other little things like unlimited coffee, to go cups, etc was very home like and accommodating. Great job to whoever runs this rental. Thanks again.

Visited Green Bay with a group of 10 to stay for a bachelor weekend. The place was spotless and everything we needed was provided (plenty of towels, extra pillows and sheets, even air mattresses). Everything in the pictures is exactly how it is in person. Will definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone looking in this area.

Overall we had a nice stay. The house was very clean. Lots of room. It's in an urban-ish neighborhood, but is surrounded by trees making it feel more secluded and woodsy. The hot tub was out of order while we were there, which was a bummer. Tom was very responsive to all messaging both before our arrival and during. The kitchen was very nice to cook in. It also had a countertop ice maker which was a fun bonus we weren't expecting. The party garage was a fun place to watch a movie and the firepit was lovely and relaxing.

The temperature was 42 degrees when checked in at 4:00PM did not warm to 70 until 10:00 next day. Auxiliary heaters Inop in master bedroom and back bedroom. Bathroom heat lamp burnt out. Could use some maintenance. Easy to communicate with host. Spacious accommodations. Overall not a bad stay.
