Cat litter was all over the floor in our room when we checked in. The rooms next to ours were undergoing construction and the noise (and music) was obnoxious. The initial advertisement for this hotel said breakfast was includedā€¦it is not. They only have mediocre coffee available in the morning. I would not stay here again.Better value & quality to be found elsewhere.

Wouldn't recommend this property at this time. Place was in disrepair in many parts. Couldn't get hand soap, or wash cloths from housekeeping. The ice machine for guest use was broken, therefore no ice.... Lastly, no comp breakfast and for that matter not even a morning cup of coffee...

They donā€™t tell you until you check in but there is a $150 deposit on top of what your stay will cost. We had two very loud rooms near us. They didnā€™t calm down until 2am. More than likely will not be staying there again.

Really nice staff who work at a dump.
Every worker we interacted with was incredibly polite and tried to be as helpful as possible. The facility is undergoing some renovations, which is not shared on the website. Currently itā€™s a dump. Carpets are dirty. Bathrooms are moldy. Halls are dark and gloomy. They had no soap! They were out. They did give us two shampoos though. I believe the sheets were clean and thatā€™s the best I can say for the room.

First thing was the "lounge" was under construction. Second thing was my friend and her granddaughter's room wasn't ready at 4, wasn't ready at 5, and at 11:00p when returned from the concert, we had to wait over 10 minutes for staff to show up--the phones we were instructed to call were ringing behind the desk. At check-in, there was no toilet paper in our bathroom, and there was an incessantly barking dog in a nearby room. We used the a/c to drown out the barking so we could nap.

This property is badly in need of renovation. It seemed old, dingy and dirty. They apparently are working on it, but looking at other reviews, itā€™s been going on for a while. The pictures look much nicer than my room was. It needed repainting and the walls were all banged up around the recliner. There is only one bedside table. The picture shows a full size refrigerator (one of the reasons I picked it) but it was only a mini fridge with no freezer section. The sheets were thin and the towels were small and thin. I wonā€™t be staying here again.
