Lights did not work in room. Night darling shade fell down and there was no way to roll it up. They had it wedged in window seal so it would stay up. Bathroom was dirty furniture was nasty. At 2 AM toilet stopped flushing. I literally had to fix toilet myself. I was here with my 95 year old father to bury my mother. A terrible night before the day we would never forget Lobby was filthy

Check-in staff and process were great. Breakfast setup and oversight was late and inattentive. Need some staff training on keeping coffee pots full and breakfast items supplied. After a 20 minute wait, we finally had to leave for the day without coffee.

The rooms were nice. I could not hear doors opening and closing but I could hear upstairs rumbling from kids above us and wrestling next door. The kids had a lot of energy. The breakfast was ok. The pancakes were not edible in my opinion but I saw people eating them. You make them your self but the batter and machine didnā€™t cook up well. It was clean but I always offer my own cleaning when i arrive. The staff are extremely nice and accomadating.
