We are owner/operators have been renting vacation properties since 2002 and that makes a huge difference. Since we only have a few properties, we are able to keep them in excellent, like new condition. We can help you immediately with any concerns and we personally care about your vacation experience! In the peak season, there are only 2 parking passes allowed for our 4 bedroom condos. There is off-site parking if you need more parking. In the slower season, we have plenty of parking available.

Another reason for the new name, The Oasis at Orange Beach is because it has the largest floor plan of any Phoenix building and the balconies are much larger too! The average of a Phoenix condo 4 bedrooms are 2000 sq. ft compared to 2500 sq feet and that provides a much more open feeling! Also our balcony is almost twice the size.
