Great stay!
The hotel is clean and customer service is excellent. The breakfast is good but the location is a plus. It is right in the heart of great restaurants like Lambert’s. It’s also located only 4-6 min away from the soccer complex which is really great. My son and I were there over the weekend for a soccer tournament. And I’m proudly saying that my son and the Team went home with the championship yay. If we have another tournament at this area in the future we will be back thank you!

You could hear everything and everyone around you. Got woken up quite a lot by people outside and in the rooms next to us. The floor was really dirty leaving our socks and feet filthy. Other than that it was comfortable and the front desk people were kind.

The service was great! The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the beds were a little hard for my taste. The breakfast was well stocked in the morning. And everyone was super kind.

Breakfast was good. Getting kicked out with one more day that was paid was unacceptable. Then called back after being told that I had to leave, they found my other day under a cash payment was not good. Considering I never paid with cash. I charged the room on a card a week before I arrived. I just have to say that that money better appear back to me really quickly. I told the lady that I would not be returning and to put the money back to my card. I will be checking in the next week to see if it’s done. If not I will not be happy or go away.

Poor customer service. Called 3 times to the front desk before arriving to update payment information and was asked all 3 times to be placed a hold. Instead of being placed on hold I was hung up on. Called the 4th time and when someone finally answered she informed me that she had a customer in front of her and needed to place me on hold which she did that time. Stayed on hold about 15-20 mins to no one coming back to phone. When I arrived to check in the lady at the desk was on a personal call on her cell phone and did not get off until I started fussing about my earlier incident when someone else. When checking out the next day receptionist was on her personal cell again and do not ever get off.

Christy the front desk lady on duty when we arrived on October 24th at Econo lodge Hotel made our day. She possess an excellent customer service. Christy is very attentive and very helpful in all our needs. She is a pleasant lady you would wish to see in every hotel that you will go. Christy exceeded our expectations.
