It was absolutely horrible. My air conditioner did not work in the room and they had no other room to put us in and no one to even come out and look at it. So they gave us a fan that barely blew and told me I couldnā€™t get money back till I talk to manager on Monday possible, cause I said I wanted money back to go find another hotel so we wouldnā€™t sweat. The lady behind the counter at front desk threw her cell phone across the counter area behind desk on the floor when it started ringing also in front of me and other guest. It smelled horrible in the hotel it self and was hot in the halls too.

I hate blasting reviews of a property but wow. Ok the good things, hot water, good pressure, fridge worked. Bad. I wish i could post pics. Prior animal tried eating its way thru bath door and no one has repaired damage. Counters and cabinets are so in need of attention not to mention the carpet thats been ripped up at the transition. Bed?? Oh good grief, if we could have gotten 1 hr sleep without having to roll over because we were hurting, worst mattresses ever!!! Extra blankets resulted in a top sheet. Staff actually allowed a wedding party in one of the rooms so we are now very educated on music and the thump thump thump that it comes with. Only a guess but ownership must be submitting reviews as this place which i believe was once very nice has been used and abused for pure revenue

Excellent value. Well sized room with great features. Restroom is nicely sized. Softer bed would be nice and theyā€™re gonna need new carpet in room very soon.

No issue with room at all. The only thing was the pressure washer water power in the shower the first night! Didn't expect a fire dept level shower! Other than that, accomodating staff, clean facilities. pool was shallow and hot tub out of service. Hallways had pot smell but that's the guests who stayed there.
