Very nice hotel
Stayed here on a Saturday night and check in was smooth and they had complimentary popcorn. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and room was clean. It was safe and a very nice hotel to stay at.

I am super picky about where I stay. However, this place was A cleanliness and the service was A . The check in lady was phenomenal. In addition, the house keeper was super kind and even knew to tell me good luck on my daughter’s softball games. If I find myself in Harrah again, I will be back.

I rarely leave reviews, but felt I had to !! The staff (from the house keeping staff to the front desk )at this hotel works very hard ! We visited the area for my nieces softball tournament. The hotel was busy all weekend with the tournament and I witnessed the staff going above and beyond. The hotel was clean , breakfast was great and restocked often. Keep up the wonderful service.

Room had trash in it everywhere. Black hairs all in the shower. Other than that. Nice stay. I will say they jack up the prices when there is softball in town. This hotel is nowhere near $175 for 1 night.
