Checked in a little later in the eveningā€” had used Orbitz and booked two roomsā€” upon arrivalā€” was greeted by a reception that refused to look at my Orbitz reservation & refused to give me the second room. The two staff that were there, especially the evening manager was rude and claimed that there was only one room. We crammed into one room for the evening. Then later claimed that ā€œno one claimed the second roomā€ and refused to provide a refund. Would not trust purchasing room on Orbitz or elsewhere.

Outdated & Lacking Normal Amenities
It could have been a 2.5 - 3 star review, based on it having a lower price than surrounding hotels, but too many things made the stay less pleasant. It is a typical outdated hotel, but about what you would expect for the price, so that's not the issue. However, they supplied no shampoo or tissues, and the front desk couldn't supply any when requested. Additionally, there is no microwave or coffee maker, just a mini-fridge. The pillows are VERY thin, and there are only 2 per bed. The mattresses were not very good either. Also, they have both smoking and non-smoking rooms, which would be fine, except that there was a HUGE gap under the room door and we were definitely smelling cigarette smoke coming from smoking room somewhere on our floor. Fortunately, at least the room did seem to be cleaned properly, but this place could seriously use an overhaul.

There were no remotes for our tv couldnā€™t watch it the windows are filthy. There was garbage in the dresser drawers. Handles missing off dresser drawers the phone didnā€™t work. And there were no ashtrays in room it was horrible if we werenā€™t so tired weā€™d have left.

How can you rent a room that is so moldy? Also, the carpet in the hallway was disgusting and no amount of cleaning will help it. We were exhausted so stayed and held our breath.

I was surprised that it was a 3 floor building. I feel that the building was simply older but was maintained. I preferred the fact that the rooms were not carpet. The manager, Juan, was so hospitable, available and interested in us having a pleasant stay. And we did, all in all.

Was not expecting the Hilton for the price, needed somewhere for a one night stay in the area, figured we would try it out, hallway on the third floor reaked of cigarette and weed!! Carpets in the hallway were filthy, there was a huge hole in our bathroom wall, beds were horrible!! Won't stay again

The room was so dirty! The dresser was filthy! The walls were dirty! The bathroom was so bad we didnā€™t even shower there! Absolutely awful. Would NEVER stay here again. And outside of when we checked in there was no one at the desk!

The people that mustā€™ve given reviews in the past, mustā€™ve been extremely intoxicated because the quality of the room was poor. The service was poor. We had to call the number just to get the service people to come check us in overall I will not stay here again and for the price they are insane.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL 6!!!
From the moment we walked into the motel we were not comfortable. The person behind the desk was in the office and there was no bell to ring, so we just stood there until I finally decided to knock on the wall to get some attention. They checked us into the room, just to turn around and tell us that the concert we were in town for was cancelled. They would not refund the stay or let us reschedule to come back in 3 weeks, but instead charged us full price. They then proceeded to sort through a stack of paper key holders that clearly are reused over and over. After experiencing covid and having the nation become more aware of hygiene and cleanliness in general, It was upsetting to see this. We were put on the third floor and the whole level smelled like smoke. It was so strong it made us feel sick to our stomach. The room was bare and felt dirty. It also smelled like smoke. We didn't even end up staying there because we were nervous about getting bed bugs it felt that dirty. We ended up driving home that night and are very happy with that decision. I would not recommend staying at this motel at all. Do yourself a favor and spend a few more bucks to stay somewhere better!!!
