Beautiful place with old-world charm. Rooms are large and comfortable and the property is meticulous. Pool is fantastic- great property, lots of lawn chairs, warm water, sun umbrellas. We've stayed here before and will return again- very resort-like setting.

Our room had a very strong chemical smell. The air conditioner wouldn’t stay on. We had a very loud dehumidifier in our room. Pillows were way too soft. I honestly feel that we probably had one of the worst rooms, but I loved the charm. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was nice. Pool was incredible. Staff was accommodating. The room smelled a little bit musty. Got better as we stayed longer and the AC ran to dry out the room. The shower took a long time to get hot. And the safe was placed so high in the closet an average person needs a chair to see if anything is left in it. But overall nice.

The hotel is just lovely. We had a double queen room and it was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well as the pool. The faucet in the bathroom was janky and the tub coukd use a refinish, but these didnt take away from our visit. The room felt overly warm the first night. I mentioned it to the front desk and maintenence fixed it immediately. All employees were very friendly. Would definitely return.

Overall Avon Old Farms is an average hotel. Rooms show a decent amount of wear. The A/C was pretty loud, and the separate dehumidifier filled up and started beeping at 2am. Good enough stay for the price, but wouldn't be my first choice next time I'm in the area.

The property was large and well kept with outdoor seating throughout to enjoy the scenery. The onsite restaurant and bar were great with friendly service and the free hot breakfast was good. There was no elevator in our building. We managed, but weren’t warned.

Our room have exposed wires the shower was broken. The door in 406 look like it was broken into no chain on the door felt unsafe, and when I stripped the bed with the housekeepers, the mattress pad was dirty underneath.
