it was ok. i ordered a non smoking room but last guest definitely had smoked in it. couch smelled like a cigarette and a cigarette butt lying on the floor by the couch when i arrived

The room was filthy. Floor was dirty, trash under the bed,a condom wrapper, trash and dirt behind the nightstand. Used soapin the shower. Toilet was broken. Flapper didn't stop any water. Sounded like Niagara Falls. Will never stay there again.

This place has always been my go too spot when in Ellisville/laurel they are super nice and super amazing if there is anything you need or a problem with room they are eager to fix it . I highly recommend this hotel

Housekeeping walked in at 7am and 8am waking wife up both times when we clearly had a wakeup scheduled for 930!! Stains on sheets and walls. Shower had 2 used soaps in it.

I REALLY hate giving a bad review BUT the room was not properly cleaned . It looked like it had not been Vacuumed , there was a Frozen Dinner in the Freezer that was not frozen because the Refrigerator was not working properly and there were baby cockroaches crawling in the tub and my Daughter had the Suite and found an unopened bottle of Metformin under the couch (and she has a 4 year old) We hate it because we stay there every year we go but next time we will be trying somewhere else 😔
