Hautere Holiday Packages

I have been at the Waterloo hotel in the past.It is cleaned regularly but nothing has been done in the building for at least 15 years in the kitchen or the communal parts: the carpet is worn out the Lino is sticky even just after being washed.My single room and shared bathroom has not been refurbished in years . The room was colder than the rest of the building fortunately the staff is very helpful and provided a small heater.On the positive side the staff is friendly and helpful and towels and bedding perfectly clean.It’s a shame that such a nice art deco building is not is not maintained properly.

I really appreciate the convenience of this properties location when I arrive late and depart early from Wellington airport

Needs a better airflow in the room. The room was stuffy needs a bigger fan, more outlets too

We live at a single room, the bedding really needs a good clean. Would be great if can provide toothpaste and brush.

Awesome stay thank you. 2 bedrooms makes the world of difference when traveling with family (not partner) and friend!!
