I chose the cheapest room QT Superior King and felt the room lacked some basic stuff - plates, cutlery, which made self-catering harder than it needed to be. The room may be ok for a business traveler who is dining out, but I wouldn't choose this room again. If, to get the basics, I need to pay more I'd look at other hotel options in Wellington as there's likely to be better value elsewhere.

Overall a great place to stay. Very clean and nice up to date decor. Staff very friendly. Well equipped. Downsides were no aircon so was too warm overnight. And everytime someone showered the plumbing system made loud sound like a foghorn which woke us up and was at an intrusive pitch. If you’re not bothered about that then this place is good value for money and in a great location for walking around the city.

"The accommodation is excellent, the surrounding grounds are faultless. We were amazed at the quality of the buildings, garden amenities, the veiws and everything the owner's have achieved on the property. We will definitely be back and for a much longer period."
