Based on reviews, our expectations were low. However, even with renovations still on going, our stay was outstanding. The room was clean, everything functioned as it should (mgt. if you are checking) the toilet in 201 was leaking into the bowl a little work on the inside tank stopper, the breakfast had the patty sausage and link sausage, waffels, bacon and eggs, and plenty of assorted breakfast items. I even gave a slmall tip for such good service. We would definitely stay there again.l

When we arrived, we were told that the pool was closed. The staff was not accommodating they did not care that we booked for the pool. The staff was rude. The facility was not clean.

DON'T STAY AT THIS DUMP, IT'S A SNOOTY FOX......
The hotel appears to be under some sort of construction, walls and floorboards were ripped out, construction workers were there when checking in, and it was very dusty and not very clean in the halls and lobby, this includes the rooms as well. Then to make matters worse, after checking in the power went out around 3:45 pm EST and didn't come back on until after midnight. Oh and no toilet paper in the room, my husband had to go to the front desk and request a roll of toilet paper, which is unacceptable because that should've been replenished when the room was so-called cleaned. If I could give NO STARS I would. This place needs to be shut down. They had the nerve to ask for a security deposit of $100 at check-in, stating if there was any damage to the room, like how much damage could one cause to an already messed room. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

The place is nasty. The hotel is under construction. The surrounding areas outside are nasty. There is a smell in the hotel and rooms. The pictures on the website are false. It doesn’t look like that. Also the pool is closed by based on the property itself, the pool being closed is not a bad thing. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until they can improve

Staff are amazing with a couple of hiccups along the way, it was extremely hot in NORTH CAROLINA this past week and the pool was down for the entire stay disappointing. And the hotel management failed to disclose that there would be renovations happening

Not happy!
The hotel didn’t meet my expectations for a Wyndham at all! Doesn’t deserve the rating that’s shown on hotels.com. The hotel was being remodeled and should have been closed until remodeling was finished. The bathroom was tiny, the pillows on the bed were the size of a throw pillow, it didn’t look clean, it was loud. I was very dissatisfied!

This hotel is under construction and should be closed during the construction. The rooms were dated with old furniture, rust, cracked of peeling paint and smelled. The pool was closed and my grandkids were disappointed. None of this was advertised

We used it for a stop for one night on a trip . It served its purpose .But a lot of construction going on the place looked like it had some water damage from a previous storm . The floors in the hallway was lifted up in paces .But overall a clean place to stay

Nice Stay
All of the staff was extremely pleasant and accommodated my needs. The bed was veeery comfortable. Breakfast options were great for various dietary needs. The only problem was due to the odd placement of the showerhead and issues with improperly installed flooring by the contractor as the hotel is undergoing remodeling. It was reported & flagged upon check out. Would stay here again.

Right off I-85 and close to Wal-Mart and Henderson Mall. Nice selection of places to eat. Hotel is being renovated, so no pool and the rooms are outdated, or the overall score would be higher. Staff was friendly and decent selection for breakfast.

It looked like the hotel was being renovated. Several areas were unsightly. The room was outdated and areas of the floor were coming up (trip hazard). However, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was very good.

Pictures on Hotels.com are deceiving. Did not inform under construction. Room was clean, need to buy new mattresses for the bed. Did have a good breakfast with good variety of things to eat and drink. Conveniently located to places to eat and shop, even had a WalMart next door. The staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was not open and it was hot in Henderson.
