It was cold had to get space heater floors behind night stand very dirty. Bathtub cracked. Bed was good sheets were clean blankets were ragged. It was cheap to stay so you get what you pay for.

The staff was very nice, but the room was bordering on terrible. The chair to the desk was broken, the bed was so lumpy and bumpy it was almost funny, the sheets were stained, the bathroom was a disaster! I would never stay here again.

The listing undersold the view! Said the room had "city views". Didn't mention that the city had a lake in it, which we looked directly out on. Obviously that only worked because we were on the right side of the building and a ways up. It was an easy walk to several nearby restaurants, and of course, the lake.

I liked the reception desk clerk and the lady that was there with him. They turned us onto a great restaurant for dinner and were very helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel and room was dated but clean. Front desk and check in was pleasant. Fall colors were nice from our balcony. The train noises late in the evening were disruptive.
