The room had enough space for two people. Love that it had an overstuffed chair and we didnā€™t have to always lay on the bed. Desk chair also . The shower curtain would not stay closed. Liked the tv channels-good variety to watch. Yoghurt would have been good at breakfast!!!

This hotel is tired & worn. The mgt. cuts corners every which way. The sheets on my bed had brown stains. There is only 1 ice machine for 2 floors & the only existing one was out of order for Labor Day weekend with a heat wave. I asked for a late checkout - the manager told me he could not offer this because the hotel was booked that evening. I checked on hotels.com & there were rooms available to book that night. I will be returning to Wilmington, and certainly will not stay her again.

You get what you pay for, so for a one-night stay, we knew we were going for cheap, and did not expect a lot. However, it was dirty. The toilet ran all night. The beds were hard. The dog across the hall barked all night. The (loud) truck beneath our window rumbled for quite awhile in the early morning. Probably next time we wonā€™t be so cheap and will pay double down the road.

It was easy to check in, however the stay went doenhill from there. Our room had a drawer that constantly came back open. There were footprints on the white comforters, and the pool was cloudy and smelled a little odd. When it came to breakfast, the selection was very limited and both the apple and orange juice smelled like it was spoiled and the apple juice had something white floating in it. We will not stay there again.

The hotel greeter/ check in person was very friendly. And able to answer some general questions i had! Although this is an older hotel, my room was very clean. I was very pleasantly surprised to come back to my room after the first night to see me room and been cleaned and restocked, many hotels no longer offer that service unless you are there several days.

the hotel room was nice and clean..ample parking and good location ..the breakfast was disappointing..no yoghurt waffles or eggs..the cereal was not very good..there were bananas ..the coffee was weak..upgrade the breakfast and then its a pretty good place to stay..had a pool too

The epitome of an "average" hotel. Generic and boring, but not bad overall. Their free breakfast might as well be nonexistent, but no one is staying in hotel specifically for their breakfast. If all you need is a place to stash your bags and a bed to sleep in at night, this place fulfills that need.

The pool was not in any condition to swim in; there were frogs in the pool, murky water, and miscellaneous items floating in the pool. The expected breakfast was tea and bread. The property owner was very standoffish and unwelcoming.

This is a decent priced, conveniently located property with an indoor pool. Mattress in my room was a little too soft but the microwave and refrigerator worked and that's much more important to me.

Hotel Review
The hotel was clean but a little rundown. Pool looked clean and inviting. Doors to the hotel did not lock. The door to our room did not automatically close. Drawers on the dresser kept sliding open. When they asked if we minded a second floor, he didn;t tell us there was no elevator. No ice machin e on second floor. Continental breakfast was sad. No prepared hot food. Just pancakes you put in the toaster. No yogurts. 2 choices of dry cereal. For the price, not bad. Bed comfortable. Hot water good. Did not hear people coming in or out. We were right next to the stairs.
