On arrivaing into the court yard I noticed the marble water feature as well as a Maclaren Super car parking beside it,this should CUE you in to the quality of Mai House the long robust front doors are open for you by bowing smiling shaff member to reveal more marble,centre feature the sweeping staircase taking you to and from the impeccable restaurant,the lobby well groomed staff seem to glide around on a mission make your stay a pleasure .. beautiful lady's soak up the vibe take photos of the themselves dress in high fashion or elegant traditionally they to drawn to the effluence for indulgence, generated by this location,they completed the tone,all this serenaded by the dapper gentleman playing makanavo!!on the baby grand!!! honestly James Bond could skip down that staircase and his level of sophistication and not look out of place!! The room I resided was again I used the word "impeccable " loved the case iron free standing bath this completed every night with a good night biscuits as the wickedly comfortable bed was turned down .... location walking distance from many points on interest.... Price from a western point of view very affordable ..SO Mai house it's all BTH!!! .. believe the hype

An oasis of calm and luxury. Very professional attentive staff, modern clean rooms, very comfortable beds, soft cotton sheets, this was overall the best hotel in which I stayed whilst exploring Saigon. I tried several different rooms over seven nights, the Premium double overlooking the front was my favourite, but if you need space the junior suite is hard to beat. Unlike some reviews here, I did not find it at all noisy on weekdays and although outside the road gets extremely busy and a little chaotic for an hour when the school opposite finishes it only adds to the charm of the city. I had room service one jet lagged night which was very good but otherwise didn’t eat in the hotel. Many good coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and Grab cars never more than a few minutes away. A special mention to Phuong at reception and also the rooftop bar staff who went above and beyond to make me very spicy margaritas. Will definitely be back.

This a relatively new hotel built in the French colonial style. The room, restaurant and bars were in immaculate condition and the service was exceptional. Highly recommended and reasonably priced as it’s not in the traditional high end hotel area or business district, yet all the things you might want as a business person or tourist are not far away.

My wife and I had a great stay at Mai House. Staff were extremely professional and kind. We reserved room with access to executive lounge and it was well worth it, great appetizers and drinks during cocktail hours. Our room was both spacious and spotless. Breakfast at either the executive floor or buffet were excellent. Lots of restaurants in the area.

The room was beautiful and clean, comfy beds. It has a nice rooftop. The staff is amazing and very helpful. A little far from the tourist area but you can get grab which is cheap and reliable. Would stay here again.
