When we go to Home’s, this is our hotel that we like to stay at and the there is one front desk, girl that knows my dog because my dog goes when we stay and she’s like oh I haven’t seen you in forever

Very unhappy. The pool was closed and staff said has been for at least 3 months. We booked here specifically for the pool. There was no apology or anything. The staff did not know how to check me in. The tub was dirty and so was the room. Very unhappy. I travel to Hobbs 4 times a year, will NOT stay at la Quinta again.

Very disappointing experience. I've stayed at various La Quinta Hotels and this one was the worse by far. No greet from the clerk at check in just a head nod. The pool was out of service but was never on the website or brought up by the clerk at check in. The door in the room would have to be pushed hard to shut because it would get stuck. The light in the bathroom would flicker on and off. The bathtub was disgusting. The exhaust fan looked like it was going to fall off and paint around it was chipping. The closet in the room was dirty and had not been cleaned prior.

Further than disgusting

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent stay at this hotel was unacceptable. Upon entering the room, it was immediately clear that housekeeping had not done a thorough job. The bedsheets were visibly soiled, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. The bathroom was even worse. There was a noticeable urine ring in the toilet, and the shower hadn't been cleaned (there were stubble remnants from the previous guest's shaving). These are basic standards that any hotel should meet, regardless of price point or star rating. I contacted the front desk, but the response was underwhelming and no alternate room was offered. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of attention to cleanliness and guest comfort. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

The room was very clean, bed comfortable. Close to dining, casino, and shopping.. The staff at ftont desk was friendly. Breakfast was ok food could use improving and worker was not friendly when asked about items that wasnt filled some complaints from customers. But over all good motel.

This is an older hotel that is not well maintained. Vents in several areas are taped to hold them in place. The elevator, hallways and rooms are older and not cleaned well. There was debris and dirt on the floors that you could see on the carpet throughout the room. The sheets were older and thinly worn.
