My wife and my kids stayed for one night. We stayed in this property before and it's a very good hotel. You can take the tram to the nearest MTR station (Wan Chai). The tram station is right across the hotel. Also, the beds are comfortable as well.

The hotel provides shuttle to causeway bay MTR which is probably the only plus point. But if you miss the shuttle, you will have to walk at least 15 minutes to the MTR. The worst is when my daughter had food poisoning on second day after eating the breakfast provided at the hotel and we had to send her to a clinic to get a jab to stop her vomiting and diarrhoea! I feedback to the hotel, the guy took down my room number and that’s it. Overall, the experience is average. Will I return to this hotel, probably NO!

Great place to stay
Positives - Great service, clean room with water dispenser right outside the room. Very friendly staff. Decent location (but the roads around it are kinda complicated to navigate with underpasses and lots of pedestrian crossings going in all directions - more of a HK problem/charming feature than an issue with the hotel though), well located for taking buses to a lot of the major sights. Negatives - not much. Breakfast buffet was a little underwhelming. Bit too far from MTR, but i suggest using buses. faster and better connected in this area. Overall, highly recommend you think?about staying here if on a ahort trip.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good and we found the hotel in walkable distance to the metro.
