Significantly wear and tear seen in such a young property Dark spots and dirt between grooves everywhere, feels dirty. Same tile layout in walk-in-shower vs bathroom vs living room - means the owner gives no shxt in interior design. Interior decoration looks just like budget hotels like ibis. Definitely not worth of the money you're paying.

Need to be more strict on smoking especially the mainland tourists as they always break rules. As last time I was here on a non smoking floor and there was people smoking who were obviously Chinese tourists. This rating is for my past two stays here. The beds are really itchy and makes my skin itchy and have rashes. That means it’s not clean as I have sensitive skin.

Very nice and new hotel with a very good rate during non-peak seasons. The lobby is very nice but it will be even better if it can provide sofas and small tables for guests to use while waiting.
