No aircondition for this hotel. How terrible very smelly with smoking in both room and corridor. Our toilet bowl is dirty with stain. It’s disgusting. I did complain but said was full house. Cannot change other rooms. Due to no choice with no air conditioning, I have to open the window. However windows are only can open a little bit gap. Very noisy with traffic running. I won’t come again this hotel although it is very good and handy location

I enjoyed being here. The hotel is beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful and flexible with my hotel plans. The shuttle bus from the airport Regal Hotel was so helpful to be able to use.

Great location, nice room, friendly doorman and maid but the front desk needs improvement. The person who checked me in was not only slow but also "cold". The hotel wifi service was the worst, extremely and painfully slow. The download speed was around 1M in most time.

Property looks outwardly clean . I like tt they come in to make up room. But the room is not really clean- bedside lamps etc are pretty dusty, the coffee making table has tea/ water stains not cleaned. Frontline staff n support staff - housekeeping were helpful .
