Room 1019 was tired ! The bathroom door jams were rotten. The desk had a layer of dust and the room facilities folder was giving wrong information. This hotel trades on its closeness to the exhibition centre. Staff care great. The obvious issue is with the B management team and allocation of budget. It’s a 3 star at best!

I'm very lucky to get newly renovated room. Everything is good. I spent time for shopping at Central station. It's just 2 bus stop from the hotel. I will be back again soon.

The HarbourView is a great property in a great location. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels, however the decor in the rooms required some updating. Staff were friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was to a high standard with plenty of choices .
