Overall, a very good experience. We will definitely stay again on our next visit. The only minor issue was having to request replacement items like soap and lotion after room service was completed. However, they promptly responded and delivered them within 5 minutes. Within walking distance to Waikiki markets and no resort fees! Thumbs up!

Helpful, friendly staff. Room furnishings, carpet, bedding and beds seriously need updates. Our shower backed up on the first night, but was quickly addressed. Vents clogged with thick layers of dust. Kitchenette poorly stocked with utensils, cookware and dish ware. No paper towels, trash can liners or paper napkins. We paid $1,100 for a two night stay in a junior suite which was very disappointing. Was not a good value for our money. Resort fee charged for…?
