We were checking out at 4.45am to get a flight home. The unfriendly staff member on checking out appeared to really not want to be there and just invoiced us for a breakfast we never got and did not mention it or that she was charging our card that was on file. Just processed it and gave us the your done now!
So we assumed it was all sorted with no issues as we were just handing the keys back.
We checked the invoice at the airport and noticed the additional charge. We called the hotel immediately and were told they would look into it and get back to us. We explained that we were about to board a plane in the next 2 hours but please leave a voicemail and we will return the call ASAP, but after 5 days still no response. We have sending the emails about it too with no response.
The check in staff were lovely and would rate him a 10 out of 5.
But the whole check out process and follow up since has left a very sour taste and we will not stay here again and would not recommend it to our family or friends.
