The staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel was very well kept and clean. The food and drinks were outrageously priced. For 4 cocktail drinks by the pool cost nearly $100. Great stay but don’t pay for the food or drinks.

This was a beautiful hotel however, we are used to walking into beautiful hotel's and being received with a beautiful scent, but this hotel had a bad smell. It kind of caught us off guard. Of everything that we could recommend for this establishment, Please invest in a Beautiful Aroma to greet your guests. Aside from this it was a great stay.

Wonderful staff! Very clean. Nice attention to details. Convenient location for exploring Waikiki, shopping, and restaurants. Liked that they provided water bottles with water refill stations.

I enjoyed everything about the hotel except the very expensive parking of $50 per night. Parking in this area is non existent so you’d think they would make it a bit easier for the hotel guests but no. Honestly overall it was amazing everyone super friendly and helpful. The only downside is the parking situation, for all the money we pay per night already something needs to change regarding parking.
