The property was walking distance to beaches, the zoo, the aquarium and a variety of shopping and food options. Even though the wait for the elevators was sometimes long, it reminded me to slow down and just appreciate where I was and who was around me. That is not something that can be changed so it was easy by day 2 to just go with it. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming and available.

Location is great! Staff are amazing! Breakfast is a 8/10. Beds are excellent. Would definitely recommend this property especially for families. All the talk about the elevators is overhyped, it may take a few extra minutes. Not enough to even be bothered. Extras like free water bottles, use of beach chairs and $5 store credit each day are value addd bonuses.
