It was lovely. The staff are super nice and respectful. The view was amazing. The hotel is clean. Location is great. Only thing I didn’t like, is no heads up on the parking costs, and little option on that. Elevators were iffy but that could just be the age of the building. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved its views of Diamond Head. Room was small, but bathroom size was decent. The facilities were pretty standard. Loved its location and proximity to restaurants and Starbucks. Staff was great and were able to accommodate early check-in.

The staff are very friendly always willing to help. The restaurant on site, Lulu’s was awesome. They offer a great menu. It was always great experience when we went there. They even had entertainment in the evening. The hotel is a great location right across from the beach. It’s a convenient location for many places to eat and shop. This will be a go to hotel anytime we go to Honolulu.

The hotel and service itself is alright, nothing mind-blowing. However the location is very convenient and walkable to the beach. Most importantly, the best part was the traditional Japanese restaurant hidden in the lobby - the best Japanese foods I've ever had, would come again just for the restaurant.

I like this property because it close to the beach and safe. But I wish in the hotel room, there’s some where that hangs and dry clothes. Especially ours Swimwears. We went to the beach everyday. And also somewhere in the hotel can do laundry.

It’s at the end of the strip- which was really helpful to get us to beach where it wasn’t crazy. It’s also very accessible. We had an ADA room- easy to get around and roomy for 4 adults.

My family of four really enjoyed this property overall. We stayed on the east side first in the condo that was a little bit bigger and updated so I did notice my kids preferred that we stay where there is a pool that’s a little bit more closer and connected to the property and a tad more updated. However, since the beach was so close to us that truly made up for us not going to the pool at all. I absolutely love how there’s an option to enjoy the sun in the big grass area or the beach. The location is absolutely beautiful with such an amazing views. It was a little difficult to bring our bags up the stairs since there’s no elevator, but we made it happen. At least he gave us exercise! The place was cozy, but some of the drawers may need to be fixed. One knob was coming off and I tried to fix it to the best of my ability without a screwdriver. It’s not updated, but it was a great place for us to stay. The place is stocked with chairs, a wagon, body boards, and so much more but the only thing we used was one bodyboard. If we stayed longer, I’m sure we would’ve wanted to use everything else provided. The towel Service was perfect and I loved how close we were to the towels and the beach. It was easy for us to watch the sunset and sunrise every day. The staff at the property was very friendly and helpful. Anytime we had a question somebody was always ready to respond via Vrbo messages. We truly enjoyed so much of our stay!
