We've stayed here before and it was nice but this time the room was bad. Carpet felt sticky. Bathroom was disgusting. Random holes and stains. Window was broken Staff were very nice tho.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the property. Even though the property is on the older side, the maintenance is well maintained. The staffs are all so friendly and helpful. There are many convenient stores available around the area and walkable distances into the main area of Waikiki. Overall my stay was enjoyable especially coming from a local like myself doing a short staycation that won’t break the bank. Much mahalo!

Ramada probably a nada in Waikiki
Older property not updated lately. No resort fee because not really a resort. A little off the beaten path as far as Waikiki is concerned, I would say spend a little more to get more of the vacation feel in Honolulu.

Overall our stay was nice and clean. The hotel was compact, tidy and in a decent location. Room was a little outdated but still clean and organised. However, we were 3 adults and had 2 double beds and were quite tight in the room. The double bed was a small double. Some front desk staff were not friendly, welcoming & seemed unhappy and didn’t seem to be inviting to tourists. Gene and Austin were incredible with great knowledge and always a smile!
