The rooftop pool was fun! Smaller pool, but great views! The decor was very fun and made the stay fun. Smaller rooms, we had 3 adults and that was enough. Not slowing space to put luggage. Overall I would stay here again!

More than Perfect
Shoreline Hotel is the perfect place to stay, just a footstep away from all the Hustle & Bustle the day will bring. Shoreline is great because it needs to bring in a vast majority of people who want the limelight but prefer not to be the subject of over Dramatize. Very friendly and independent people working there, I will definitely stay with Shoreline again in the near future- they will not let you down.

We didn't get any of the Expedia gold perks, they tried to charge us 50 dollars for early check it (2 hours before check in time). Since I wasnt getting any of the Expedia perks I asked for an early check in to make up for it. I had to convince with the front desk staff for this. The place was fine for a night but could have been a problem if we stayed longer. Our room was directly next to the elevator which sounded like sleeping next to the airport, it was so loud, like a plane taking off each time the elevator went by. There was a lot of construction on the outside of our building so there was so resting during the day. There were also very tiny ants all throughtout the bathroom. The room and interior was more modern than a lot of other hotels in the area for the same price point but I might need to look for another place next time.

This is my new favorite hotel in Waikiki! If you’re looking for a smaller hotel that isn’t a big resort, this is a GREAT option! Newly renovated less than 2yrs ago so everything is new, it’s clean, the staff is amazing, the rooftop pool is nice and has good views, the Heavenly restaurant downstairs has AMAZING breakfast! … I can’t say enough good things about my stay here. I’ll be back next visit!

The hotel was no where of a 4 star service and condition, except for the convenient location to Waikiki beach. We were very disappointed to pay for the expensive valet of $45/night, jacking up the prices much more. Hotel recep call couldn't be dialed, and daily amenities fees at $30/night without any refill of water or snacks or toiletries

We stayed during a night when there was lots of noise in the room across from us. We kindly asked them to quiet down and they said they would but did not! We called the front desk many times from the room and got a busy signal every time. When I called the front desk on my cell phone someone answered and said they would report it. But nothing happed. It was after midnight when the loud talking right outside the room and music stopped. The next day we were told it was the FBI making all the noise?? Sounds fishy but the resort fee was removed. $30 off. It was just hard cuz we were taking a break in Waikiki from babysitting the grandkids for a few weeks. So of course we were exhausted. Otherwise staff was nice but just a little bit too unresponsive.
