Floors were sticky/nasty in rooms and hallways. Bathroom stool ran constantly and very dirty. Even my grandson didn’t want to go in the bathroom or take a shower. Front Desk staff was very rude.

The bathtub didn't drain and it appears that it's been an ongoing problem because the shower curtain was stained several inches up. This was also disturbing, because that means they aren't changing the shower curtain between tenants.

It was fine for the night. Totally got the job done. I noted the bathroom was small, didn’t have a sink, but one just outside the bathroom, in the opening area of the rooms. WiFi was terribly slow, outside was noisy at night.

When we arrived there was minimal water pressure... barely there.. By morning there was NO water pressure, so no toilet, shower, etc. Unacceptable. The room was literally dirty... stains on floor, sheets were not clean, a layer of dust behind and under furniture. Awful!

The room smelled piss and musty! The toilet is not flushing and there was like a rust dripping from the backseat of the bowl, disgusting! Towels have stains. We tried calling the manager but can't be reached. Our stay was terrible!

I learned my Lesson...
Well, let me start with no water pressure on the first full day. So no shower was possible. When I told the person at the front desk, he said it was a "city" water pressure issue. Day 3, "good" water pressure, day 4 back to no water pressure. I noticed that there were more guests the 3rd night, so I believe the hotels water system is not adequate. Day 2: no syrup in the breakfast area, noticed right after I made a waffle. When I told the hotel staff, their response was "we will have more tomorrow. Safety issue: There is an outside entry door on the north end of the building, with a sign on the outside wall saying that the door "will be locked after regular business hours." The door was broke, and there was no way to lock it. So hotel security is a concern.

The towels were dirty. The bathroom lights were a fire hazard. The shower curtain wasn’t clean. The vending machine took money but gave no product. The male front desk attendant used a key and walked in on our teenage daughter while she was changing (we had stepped away from the hotel for a gas run). The pool was dirty and the hot tub was broken. There were no clean towels in the pool.

This hotel and its staff is disgusting and unsafe. I booked 3 rooms and had to change one room because the air conditioner didn't work. It was so loud. You couldn't sleep and it smelled like rotting garbage They don't keep this place clean. There's dust and mold and meldo everywhere I will be contacting the fire Marshal as they have disabled. The smoke detectors in all of the 4 rooms that I rented. The management could care less about the cleanliness. And upkeep of this motel. There is no water pressure in the morning. It's only a trickle. So there's probably not enough water pressure. For the sprinkler system in case of a fire, you'll succumb to the smoke inhalation because they have disabled the smoke alarms. I don't know how they passed their yearly inspection. I will be notifying the fire marshal and the board of health before they kill someone. In one room, they literally stuffed toilet paper between the air conditioner and the wall. Because you could see straight through to the outside. Usually baymont, motels are clean and comfortable. Not this one. It's totally disgusting. I should have read the reviews before booking. There's a constant complaint about blood on the sheets. That is normally from bedbugs, which is something you don't want to take home. Stay away from this motel. You'll be better off sleeping outside in the dirt

Right from checkin service was terrible. Shortly after check in we had no water pressure and we not able to take showers. I understand that accidents happen but staff was so rude and unapologetic that we were extremely disappointed. Beds were comfortable but really only nice thing.

Basic cleaning is neglected
Basic housekeeping was not done to prepare our room for our check-in: the carpet was very obviously un-vacuumed when we walked in, the bathroom floor had not been swept nor washed, and there was sticky beverage residue all across the top of the nightstand. In addition to neglecting these basic room turn-around chores, there were also a lot of large permanent stains in carpet and upholstery. We were the first into the breakfast area when it opened in the morning and the tables still had not been wiped down from the previous morning’s waffle syrup and orange juice spills.

Don't Stay Here, Dirty and Poorly Maintained
Started out wrong, no one at the front desk at arrival, had to wait 10 minutes or more to check in. Room, bathroom was dirty. Blood stain on the comforter and sheets, the staff did 'correct' it by washing them and putting them back on the bed, but the stains were still there. Stayed a total of 5 nights for a local family reunion, and they did not provide housekeeping at all except to change the bloody sheet. Had to ask for fresh towels and TP three days in a row. When we said that no one came to replace towels for three days, we were told that they don't do housekeeping for long stayovers unless you ask for it. Seriously?? Towels were laundered but stained. Very low water pressure for the shower, the toilets never fully flushed, the bathroom sink was slow to drain. Dust was on almost everything, and it was dirty around the toilet. The shower head had orange mold on it. The drapery had a broken clip, so it didn't fully cover the window. A big piece of molding from the TV cabinet was unattached and laying on top of the cabinet with an exposed nail sticking up. The lobby and common areas were not clean either. The front door had a broken closer, and the side door didn't lock, making it a security risk. Free breakfast was bad. Stale bagels, powdered eggs, no meat. The orange juice from the dispenser was disgusting and had to dump it out. The breakfast room was dirty, fridge was disgusting and had half and half that expired two weeks prior. Pool was dirty with bugs.
