This property needs total renovations, rehabilitation, maintenance and cleaning. Very unpleasant smell, dirty, cocroaches everywhere, Power outlets are exposed very dangerous, mattresses are all worn outs. Expedia should even provide with some compensation for months of stay on this hotel.

I’m a traveler and have been to many motel and hotel in good and bad conditions but this great value inn is unlivable. Starting at the front desk as we walk in the place smell like a brothel bar cigarette smell and the carpet was dirty, after I went to a wrong room my access key can unlock another room fortunately the lady had a security locked from the inside. Upon arriving to my actual room as we walk in the room was so dark and smell like people dumping cigarette ashes on carpet. We were there within 5 minutes and decided to check out and went somewhere else instead. I hope the health department pay a visit to this business and do something about it. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone and stay away.

The desk guy took almost 30 mins to check me in. The entire place was grungy and smelled so bad. Literally roaches everywhere. Walls, floors, ceiling, and the bathroom.

Because of the price I was not expecting much I was just looking for a place to sleep and take a shower on my way through town. I have never been greeted and assisted by somebody that showed such a lack of care or want to even be there as what I experienced with the front desk. The property looked absolutely nothing like the pictures, but even that didn’t sway me from going ahead and spending the night. The elevator was broken. The hallway was riddled with trash old AC units and broken refrigerators. The lock to the room door was broken. The bathroom did not have a door on it, and our sheets had holes in them And no toilet paper in the room. When we asked the front desk for new sheets and toilet paper, we were told that there was nothing could be done about the sheets and then we were handed two rolls of toilet paper with no apologies

The room was dirty hotel smelled like weed the elevator was broken had to take three flights of stairs that was nasty there was roaches in the room no lights except for bathroom and entryway
