Clean, comfortable and modern
Consistent with other Holiday Inn Express and that means this hotel was clean, modern, comfortable with all the amenities you could need. Well located close to the Galleria in an area that felt safe and offered fast Uber and Lyft pickups. Staff friendly and welcoming and breakfast was great. Pool area also great and my kids loved seeing all the cars speeding by on the nearby highway (much better than that sounds!)

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Houston, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is great—very convenient for getting around the galleria area, the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which made for a restful night’s sleep. While there were a couple of hiccups with my stay, such as confusion around the parking I had purchased and the VIP perk, the staff were able to resolve the issues once I showed them the details of my booking. I appreciated their efforts, though there was a bit of hesitation at first. In the end, we were provided with the parking and the bottled water as part of the VIP experience. Customer service is an area that could be improved, but I still enjoyed my stay thanks to the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. I’d consider staying here again for its convenience and overall positive experience.

I had booked a room with 2 queen beds however my room only had 1 bed and a couch that my son slept on. I was told that I had a $25 voucher to use but I had to pay out of pocket at their market in the lobby. Otherwise enjoyed our stay. Beautiful hotel and in a convenient location.
